We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Colours of the Chars. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Return Eligibility

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team through the provided contact information on our website. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Return Authorization: After receiving your written request per our Return of Product form, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return or exchange process. Do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

Return & Exchange Process

Pack Your Items: Ensure the item(s) are securely packed in their original packaging, with original tags intact on the product.

Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the return address sticker outside of the package. Remember to include the delivery note in the return package. 

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You will be responsible for any price difference, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item(s) to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and earrings. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


Damages Items
In case of receipt of a damaged item, you must inform customer service on the same day as the shipment has arrived. You will either be reimbursed or benefit from an exchange voucher usable on your next order (valid 6 months from issued date).
